The cast resin tranforrmer are designed and manufactured in accordance with the following norm:

IEC 60076-11 / IEC 726

CEI EN 60076-11

CENELEC HD 464 / CENELEC HD 528

Are name for thei C2-E2-F1 class and are all in F class.

The test for the certification of these cast resin transformers was been performed in the CESI laboratory in Milanofollowing the comlete Cesi conditions in relation to cast Resin Transformers.

Appended is an explanation of the different classes:

C2 Climatic Class: The transformer is suitable for operation, transport and storage at ambient temperatures down to –25°C. Special tests according to Clause 27 shall confirm the conformity of C1 and C2 class transformers.
NOTE Transformers for outdoor operation should normally be provided with an enclosure or be given other suitable protection.

E2 Environmental Class:Frequent condensation or heavy pollution or combination of both. Special tests according to the procedure of Clause 26 shall confirm the conformity of E1 or E2 class transformers.

F1 Fire behaviour Class:Transformers subject to a fire hazard. Restricted flammability is required. The emission of toxic substances and opaque smokes shall be minimised.
